Psychology and Healthcare

At Wellspring we believe in integrating mental and physical healthcare. While we are not affiliated with any one clinic or hospital system specifically, our clinicians coordinate with a variety of medical specialties including neurology, pain management, internal medicine, pediatrics, psychiatry, and primary care to aid in formulating patient-centric holistic treatment plans. While these are Dr. Ridenour's primary collaborating fields at this time, there are many other areas in which a psychologist can provide insight and aid in treatment modalities that lead to optimal outcomes.

Below are several articles from reputable sources that explain the benefits of having a team comprised of both mental and medical healthcare professionals working together to evaluate, treat, and follow-up on patients.
