PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION

Psychological evaluations assess a person’s behaviors, abilities, and other personality traits, particularly for the purposes of making a diagnosis or treatment recommendation. The results of an evaluation can also be used to determine capability and fitness for work/duty, pre-surgical psychological clearance, and academic and career planning. Certain tests given also measure someone's adaptability and how they will respond in various environments (such as work, school, home, etc.). This is helpful for employers and educators in understanding how to interact with and teach employees and students.
